If possible, use the Google Chrome web browser.

Students: Please contact your teacher
Parents: Please contact your child's school. The school secretary or admin assistant will be able to direct your issue to the appropriate department.
Some of the take-home devices were set up to automatically log you in with:
(there is no password, it's just blank).
It may tell you that the password has expired if it has been longer than a certain amount of time (30 or 60 days it was).
You should be able to just press confirm and change the blank password to a new blank password if you wish and it will continue to work as it did before.
